1. Log into your Cloud CMA account and click on your agent icon in the top right-hand corner, and choose Account Settings.

  2. Click on Integrations on the left-hand side.

  3. Locate your Zillow Screen Name
    Note: This may be different than the username you use to log in to your Zillow account.

  4. If you’re not sure how to find your Zillow Screen Name, please do the following:

    1. Go to www.zillow.com and click on Agent Finder.

    2. Look for yourself on the agent locator page.Professional information section of the agent finder page with screen name indicated.

    3. Scroll down the page. Near the bottom right-hand side, you see a box with your information, including your Screen Name.

      Note: If your Screen Name has any spaces, you must edit the screen name within your Zillow Settings to omit any spaces, so that Cloud CMA can import your reviews successfully.

  5. Once you have located and/or edited your Zillow Screen Name, enter it into Cloud CMA.

Click on Update Services.
Now you’re all set to add the Zillow Testimonials page into your Cloud CMA report!
