A real estate professional compiles a buyer tour when a buyer is ready to tour properties that they may be interested in. It contains pertinent information about each home, including photos, loan info, and neighborhood and school information.
Create a Buyer Tour
After you have logged in, click Buyer Tour at the top of your screen.
Click Create Buyer Tour (existing Buyer Tour reports will also display on this page)
Enter the client name, any optional notes, and the listing numbers. Then click Fetch Listings.
Organize Listings
Here you can sort listings, click/hold/drag to re-arrange, uncheck to remove, view property details, and add more listings. Then click Customize Report.
Customize Buyer Tour
Here you can choose your report Theme, Layout, Template, Cover, and Font. You can re-arrange the sections via click/hold/drag. You can also remove pages by hovering over them and clicking the red circle to remove them. You can click the eye to preview the page or add Additional Content and Custom Pages by clicking them. Once you’ve finished customization, click Publish Report.
