A Homebeat is a great way to stay top-of-mind automatically with clients in 3 easy steps. They’ll receive an online report of active and sold properties around their home with a button to request a home valuation from you.
Login to your CMA account - by going to cma.smithandassociates.com
Click on Homebeats, and then choose Create a Homebeat.
Fill out the information for the Client you want to set up a Homebeat for.
The message box will be what is sent out on your initial email to your client - feel free to change it to sound more like you!
Select the frequency — You can have them sent Monthly, Quarterly, Semi-Annually or Annually.
Click Create and Send, and the first Homebeat will be sent out immediately, and will continue to do so at the frequency you specified.
If someone clicks on your homebeat and requests a home valuation this is what the email you will receive
