The system will use the Subject Property address that is entered on the Criteria step to fetch comps that are closest in radius, property type, price, etc.
If you'd like to include addition subject info you can, which will help match up your comps to your subject property
For more desired listings we recommend the MLS number search so you get the exact comps you want in your report.
